Welcome to Spearhead Inspections. We have been performing property inspections in Southern Idaho since 2013. Our commitment is to you, whether you are looking at a new home to purchase or are looking to sell your current house and would like detailed information before you list it. We are here to make this major decision just a little bit easier.

It can be a very exciting process to buy a new home. Sometimes though it can be a little scary too. We understand that, so we wanted to let you know that we have your back. Here at Spearhead Inspections we have over 24 years of construction experience to help you with that process. This affects how we inspect each and every home, including yours. We will often comment on the existing construction standards, but sometimes we may be able to help answer your questions on possible future remodel ideas you have. Either way, we feel confident that you will have the information you need to make an educated decision on the house you may be looking to purchase. Our inspections comply with North American Association of Home Inspectors standards of practice and we are a member of the Western Magic Valley Realtors Association. So you can be confident that we will always look out for your best interest. Also, once you receive our detailed report, we will be happy to make ourselves available to answer any future questions you may have.

My wife and I were both born and raised in Nevada, but moved here to Twin Falls Idaho in 2001. Most of our family already lived here, which was part of the reason we came, but we soon fell in love with the area. There is so much beauty here. We try to enjoy it as often as we can. Obviously the Snake River Canyon is incredible, including the little hidden gem of 'Blue Heart Spring' out by Hagerman, but also, one of our favorite places is Stanley Lake. It has such charm & beauty as can be seen by the picture below.

I got back into construction when we moved here to Twin Falls and continued... well … right up to today as I still do some small renovation projects for friends and family. We plan on staying in this community for years to come and look forward to meeting you personally.
